A 50% non-refundable deposit along with a 5% Cayuga County Occupancy Tax is due when your reservation is confirmed. The balance is due FIVE WEEKS before your arrival. Payments are non-refundable. A separate cleaning fee is paid by cash or check at check out.

Please note:

There are no sheets, towels, washcloths, blankets, dishtowels, or beach chairs provided at either of the rental facilities. Please bring your own. Also, the rental of each camp is in increments of one week during the summer season, from 3:00 pm Sunday until 11:00 am the following Sunday. During June and September, partial week rentals are available.

There is no Wi-Fi at Fall Brook Point. There is cellular reception with both AT&T and Verizon.

A separate cleaning fee is paid by cash or check at check out.
